For the cable inspection of instruments, is it necessary to send them to a metrology institute, or is it okay to have a third party carry out the inspection? Besides measuring the wire diameter and resistance, what other methods do we have available?
The testing of instrument cables follows the same methods as those for power cables: resistance is measured to check continuity, and a megohmmeter is used to assess insulation

Send it to the local quality supervision agency that has the capability to conduct tests; the main parameters checked are whether the wire diameter, impedance, composition, etc., meet the **standards. If you suspect that the product does not meet the standards or if there are problems and you want to file a lawsuit, you need an inspection report from the quality supervision agency as evidence
