Due to the installation location of our online analysis sampling system in the kiln, the sampling point extends into the rear part of the kiln, which results in high levels of dust. Is there a good way to preliminarily remove dust from the sample gas before it enters the analyzer’s sampling system? I would appreciate some advice from someone with experience.

If it is a sampling type system, it is possible to install filter rods in the sampling tube at the sampling point to filter dust; the exhaust gas passes through these filter rods before reaching the pre-treatment unit of the analyzer. Regularly clean or replace the filter rods.
You may consider installing a pre-filter or cyclone separator before the sample gas enters the analyzer to remove dust preliminarily. These devices can effectively filter out larger dust particles, preventing them from entering the analyzer and thus protecting its internal components as well as improving the accuracy of measurements. At the same time, considering the addition of automatic cleaning at the sampling points or regular manual cleaning as maintenance tasks could help reduce dust accumulation. .
