Question: Function and maintenance of the diaphragm in ceramic pulse valves

As the title suggests, we are currently using ceramic pulse reverse blow valves from Pfeil in Germany. I have a few questions for everyone here: 1. Is the function of the bellows to enable fast opening and closing? 2. If the bellows has a slight leak, what impact does it have on the operation of the pulse valve? 3. If repairs are needed, does anyone have experience using domestic bellows? If so, please recommend them. The imported ones are a bit expensive, and the delivery time is too long. 4. Do you have any experience using domestic pulse valves? Please recommend some. We are currently using one made by Xi’an Yuanzheng, and it works fairly well. Are there any other manufacturers?
As a supplementary note, ceramic filters from PALL of Germany are used for dust removal, and the pulse valves that come as part of the complete set are valves from Müller of Germany. It was written as “Pier” above; sorry.
It can be repaired; it is not recommended for use if the bellows are leaking
We also use corrugated tubes imported from Germany; just like the original ones, they require short repair times and offer the same quality as the original products.
