Issues with command issuance by the JX-300XP main control card

A problem that was recently discovered is related to the downloading of the main control card for the Zhejiang University Zhongkong JX-300XP: in the software, neither online nor offline downloading options are available; there is only a download button. So how can one distinguish between online and offline downloading? ?
The central control system does not distinguish between online and offline downloads.
The central control unit does not have a simulator; the compiled program must be downloaded to the physical control card. After clicking to download, select the corresponding station number and proceed with the download.
If there is no difference, then isn’t it a full download? And if it’s a full download, won’t the controller get initialized, which would lead to production halts?
