1.1 Product Overview: The SM100-HHE series of HART intelligent converters are products developed by utilizing ARM microprocessors, dedicated chips for HART protocol modulation/demodulation, as well as extensive practical experience. It is designed in accordance with the requirements for industrial products, offering high reliability and stability. The intelligent converter is equipped with a standard RS485 interface, which enables transparent data transmission with smart instruments that use the HART protocol, or it can convert the data to MODBUS_RTU format for reading, ensuring real-time data transmission. The HART protocol uses the Bell202 Frequency Shift Keying (FSK) standard, superimposing modulated digital signals on the 4–20mA signal; this allows HART-enabled instruments to enable two-way data communication without interfering with the 4–20mA analog signal. The SM100 series of smart converters are intelligent converters that perform bidirectional modulation and demodulation between digital signals and analog signals. 1.2 Product Features ● Equipped with two standard RS485 communication interfaces, allowing for parameter configuration as well as adjustment of the communication baud rate and parity bits.
