High level gauge output -- Interpretation based on the diagram

Hello everyone, what does this mean? How does the high liquid level output get reflected in the flow rate recording? Thank you for the reply.
The level signal is also involved in the control logic of the solenoid valve (FY-15009). If your PID diagram is complete, it should include legends, abbreviations… and explanations. I can’t recall what HLO means right now🤔 Is REC an abbreviation for record?
Thank you. FY is a solenoid valve, so now it makes sense. I thought FY referred to recording, which is why I was confused.
Check the legend and the interlock/control instructions; it is presumed that when the liquid level is high, the interlock activates the propane reflux valve.

It is used to control the on/off of the solenoid valve at different liquid levels; in foreign designs, in addition to regulation, a solenoid valve is also employed to achieve rapid shutdown, serving two functions with one valve
