If a differential pressure transmitter is installed at the outlet, with a probe inserted into the bottom of the liquid, do you think it will be able to measure the liquid level?
What? You already have a differential pressure transmitter; why use it to measure liquid level?

It should be a pneumatic level gauge that uses a set bubble flow rate; by measuring the pressure of the bubbles being pushed out, it is possible to determine the level of the fluid. It is a special type of level gauge that was previously often used to measure the liquid level in highly corrosive media, as well as in containers equipped with gas seals. Its principle is as shown in the figure below: This type of gauge needs to be used in conjunction with a differential pressure gauge and a constant-current voltage stabilizing valve. It has a reliable principle and a simple structure, requiring little maintenance. When the static pressure in the container is not high, it only needs instrument air or nitrogen as the working medium.

This is a pneumatic level gauge that is often used with corrosive media and some highly hazardous substances; it only requires a simple differential pressure transmitter and can be used in intrinsically safe areas.
