Urgent! Can armored cables and unarmored cables be used together?

I would like to ask everyone: can the following two types of cables be used by connecting one section of them with armor and another section without armor? And how should they be connected? 1. Multimode fiber, 8 cores (for 485 communication) 2. ZR-KVVRP 2X1.5 (for control)
It’s very simple – just add a junction box between the two cables and that’s it.
A photoelectric converter will do; it functions as a conversion adapter
For the first option, you need to add an optical fiber splicing box; not to mention optical fibers themselves
;P Multi-mode~ When the optical cable is buried or installed overhead, splice boxes are used; when it is installed along cable trays, terminal boxes are used. The control cable can only be connected using a junction box, and the armor layer must be properly grounded.
