Which position in the coking workshop is good? I was always in the power workshop; why was I suddenly transferred to the coking workshop? Which position is better, everyone?

Different positions have their own strengths and weaknesses. Some people say: It’s okay to be tired; it’s good to earn more money； Some also say: I’d rather earn less than go through that hassle... It mainly depends on one’s strengths and interests.
The technology department isn’t any better either; there’s still scheming among peers. At one coking plant, a belt used for coal preparation broke down once. The coal preparation workshop said, \"You’re from the technical department; you should know how to figure out what caused the failure.\" The technical department said: You are the user, you know the situation on site and exactly how it broke down.
