I would like to ask how to arrange the 36-hour large cycle for coking in a 2×55-hole top-mounted coke oven
Determine your push sequence, 5-2, 9-2, and then schedule furnace 110 for 36 hours: lol
It’s a 5--2 sequence. Should the scheduling cycle table take working hours into account? Should maintenance tasks be scheduled during working hours?
There is no need to consider working hours; only in this way can the coking time in each carbonization chamber be kept the same. If working hours are forced to be staggered, the coking times will vary.
