As the title suggests, everything else is working fine – why does the vaporization furnace shut down once the feeding button is pressed?
Is there flow in the burner cooling water? If there is no traffic, then the interlock has tripped
The inlet and outlet valves for the burner cooling water – when their positions are set to high high or low low – trigger a major interlock in the gasification furnace. When this interlock is activated, it causes the gasification furnace to shut down; in other words, the initial conditions are not met for the furnace to operate, thereby providing better protection for the equipment and human safety.
There are cases where the trip signal cannot be initialized; shutting it down during the feeding process will trigger a chain reaction that leads to burner trip. Although there is a start signal, the stop signal takes precedence, with the RS flip-flop R having priority

During initialization, only fake signals can be provided; otherwise initialization is not possible. However, this is generally not done, except during sequential empty tests
Before initialization before driving, the cooling water flow rate for the burner must be set; during the interlock no-load test, a current signal is used for testing
