I would like to ask everyone: which manufacturers produce the slurry flow meters used in gasification furnaces? What is the level of fluctuation in their daily readings, and what is the interlock rate achievable? If the fluctuation interlock rate of the slurry flow meter is relatively low, how can the operational stability of this flow meter be improved?
The electromagnetic flowmeters from Cologne, Germany, offer stable performance. I’m not sure which manufacturer’s flowmeters you are using; if the flowmeters do not function stably, it might be due to incorrect setting of the damping parameters or other reasons.
