What do KSV, SOV, and XSV mean on the PID diagram?

First, take a look at the homepage image; check the legend for any abbreviations and tables explaining their meanings. KSV is likely an electromagnetic valve, and more specifically, it is the electromagnetic valve corresponding to the KV valve, which is what we commonly refer to as a slag locking valve. Similarly for XSV, the XV valve is a shut-off valve; such valves are used in oxygen pipelines, slurry pipelines, and high-pressure nitrogen pipelines. As for SOV, you’d better take a look at the image on the homepage
