Generally speaking, the temperature in the furnace roof space is related to the heating level of the furnace itself, as well as the uniformity of the upward heating. However, the heating level itself cannot be changed; therefore, in practice, we generally control the temperature by regulating the height of the coal cake.
At the same time, effort must be put into the handling of flat coal after it is filled, and the degree of shrinkage of the coal should also be appropriate.
For rammed coke ovens, since flat coal is not used, how can the temperature in the roof space be reduced?

It’s by using the height of the coal briquettes to control the temperature in the space; to lower the temperature there, that’s what needs to be done. Even heating of the coal cake from top to bottom relies, in the end, on proper basic management. It’s the temperature.
Load coal according to the standard; loading more can lower the furnace top temperature.
