One can secretly mix in a small amount; using too much can cause blockages. But the most critical issue is that burning coal tar leads to secondary pollution, resulting in the formation of dioxins. If environmental regulations are enforced, there will be consequences; since the reaction temperature in the boiler is below 1000 degrees, it is not possible to destroy the precursors of dioxins. Therefore, high-temperature combustion is necessary when mixing other fuels, as low to medium temperatures are not suitable.
