The pressure tapping of the water-coal slurry gasifier is blocked

It seems that the pressure tapping point is blocked; the pressure is lower than that at the process gas outlet. It is indeed lower compared to the pressure in the lock-hopper water scrubber tower, and the pressure difference at the slag outlet is negative. The instruments should be fine. Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is it blocked? What else is the reason?
It is also possible to compare the pressure in the gasification furnace with the pressure at the outlet of the syngas from the furnace. Depending on where the pressure measurement point is located, it is most likely that ash or scale is blocking the passage; another possibility is that the area was not cleaned properly during maintenance when the furnace was shut down
Just clean it up; check to see if the purge gas is flowing through the gauge
Is the furnace temperature at the operating level, and is the wall temperature too high?
