Recently, we’ve been experiencing frequent leaks of ammonia from tar ships here. Are there any colleagues or seniors who have encountered this issue? Please share your advice!
1. The liquid level in the circulating ammonia tank is too high. 2. There is a blockage in the pipeline from the clarification tank to the ammonia tank, resulting in poor flow
The liquid level in the circulating ammonia tank is not high; there is a suspicion of problems with the pipelines. The key issue is that it’s impossible to resolve these problems while the system is operating!
Has the weight on the valve from the clarification tank to the ammonia tank fallen off?
It has happened to us that the two purge steam valves at the bottom were accidentally activated by workers, resulting in brief periods of leakage (face cover)
Has any other liquid gotten in, with more entering than exiting?
