What type of mixer do you use at your station? What does the hammer look like? It shouldn’t be able to reverse direction. Can’t you tell when the hammer head falls off? Will it not affect the shaping of the coal cake?
If the hammer head falls off, remember to place it on the cooling rack for coke drying using the furnace number. The problem is solved! A simple problem has become complicated

I’ve only seen entire rammer units buried, and I’ve never seen the hammer head buried separately. If the hammer is buried, it’s necessary to stop ramming and remove the entire rammer unit, otherwise coal cannot be loaded; Also, if the hammer head is really buried, as mentioned above, all you need to do is put this batch of water on the coke bed to extinguish the coke; there’s no need to complicate things
