The issue of crude benzene washing oil

Dear experts, the tubular furnaces in our crude benzene processing unit are constantly leaking. We measured the pH value of the washing oil today: the pH value of the new oil is 7.94, while that of the recycled washing oil is around 3. What could be the reason for this?
Thank you for the answer. Where does the oxidant come from, and how can it be prevented or controlled? Is this the reason why the lifespan of our tubular furnace is less than a month?
Check the issue of ammonia and ammonium sulfate entrainment in the device； There is also the issue of cold spray liquid entrainment in horizontal tube bells.
