Dear experts, I have been searching for solutions to remove oil from lanthanum carbon wastewater over several days without finding a satisfactory answer; I earnestly request advice from those who are more knowledgeable! Wastewater parameters in the water layer of the lanolin oil-water separation tank: COD 35,000 mg/L; oil content 3,000 mg/L, with the requirement that the oil level be below 100 mg/L after oil removal.
