Are there any manufacturers that send a small amount of the coarse slag from coal water slurry gasifiers to power plants for use as fuel? I hope to share my experience.
If a solution can be found to the problem of using the coarse slag from water-coal slurry gasifiers as fuel in power plant boilers, it would constitute an effective measure for reducing solid waste.

A thermal power plant with an annual coal processing capacity of about 8 million tons. It is planned to mix an appropriate amount of the gasified coarse slag with reduced moisture content into bituminous coal; this will certainly increase the ash content of the bituminous coal and reduce its calorific value, provided that the requirements for coal used in boilers are still met. It is fine to burn a small amount of alternative fuel in circulating fluidized bed boilers, but it is not suitable for coal-fired boilers, as the coarse slag is difficult to grind. You can figure out the appropriate mixing ratio on your own. Also, this water-coal slurry slag must be of the single-nozzle type; multi-nozzle slag is not necessary.
