The quality supervision agency (quality supervision station) oversees the completion acceptance of projects, focusing on whether the organization and procedures for such acceptance comply with relevant regulations.
After the completion of a single construction project, the construction unit prepares a completion report, which includes 1. an overview of the project and the actual progress achieved. 2. The enterprise’s self-assessment of the quality of the project entity. 3. Enterprise’s self-assessment of the completion status of construction documents. 4. Commissioning status of major building equipment systems. 5. Safety and functionality testing, as well as random inspections of key functions. Once a unit project is completed and the construction party has conducted self-inspections and found it to be satisfactory, it should submit the project for preliminary acceptance to the supervision party.
