Dear experts, I have been searching for effective oil removal solutions for the pre-treatment of lignin carbon wastewater for several days now, but yet to find a satisfactory answer. I earnestly request your guidance! The water layer in the lanolin oil-water separation tank is extracted; the oil present is mainly in a suspended form, and a treatment capacity of 15 tons per hour is required. The parameters of the wastewater are as follows: COD at 35,000 mg/L, and oil content at 3,000 mg/L; it is required that the oil concentration after treatment be less than 100 mg/L.

The water quality is basically the same as that of fixed-bed pressurized gasification, and since the water volume is not large, it is acceptable to refer to the treatment methods for fixed-bed gasification wastewater.
