What does the meaning of cinder characteristics are? How was it determined?
1. The characteristics of cokereast are not the same as cokereast itself; the characteristics of cokereast are a parameter used to determine the caking property of coal, whereas cokereast is a specific substance that is produced during the coking process or in experiments. The characteristics of coking slag can be classified into types 1 to 8. It is generally believed that types 1 and 2 have no cohesion, types 3 and 4 have weak cohesion, while types 5 to 8 have strong cohesion. II. Char characteristics (CRC): The shape of the residue remaining after the thermal decomposition of coal. Based on different shapes, they are classified into 8 numbers, and these numbers serve as the codes identifying the characteristics of the slag. 1. Powderous. It’s all powder; there are no particles that stick to each other ; 2. Adhesion. A light touch with a finger turns it into a powder or essentially a powdered state, with even the larger clumps turning into powder with just a gentle touch. 3. Low viscosity. Gently press with your finger to form small pieces ; 4. No melting bonding. It can only be broken into small pieces by applying strong pressure with the fingers; the upper surface of the ash has no luster, while the lower surface has a slight silver-white sheen ; 5. Non-expanding molten bonding. The cinder forms flat lumps, and the boundaries between coal particles are not easily discernible. The upper surface of the cinder has a distinct silver-white metallic luster, while this luster is even more pronounced on the lower surface ; 6. Slightly expanded molten bonding. It cannot be crushed with fingers, and both the upper and lower surfaces of the slag have a silver-white metallic luster. However, the surface of the cinder has smaller expansion bubbles ; 7. Expansion melting bonding. Both the upper and lower surfaces of the cinder have a silver-white metallic luster; it is significantly expanded, but its height does not exceed 15 mm ; 8. Strongly expanded molten bonding. The upper and lower surfaces of the cinder have a silver-white metallic luster; these are the characteristics of the cinder. They represent the properties of the solid residue remaining in the crucible after the volatiles in the coal have been removed. Now there is a [Coke Residue Characterization Instrument].
