What impact will it have on the gasifier and subsequent systems such as the scrubber if the cyclone separator reaches a full liquid level while the gasification system is in operation?
As the separation efficiency declines, the liquid level in the washing tower rises, which in turn affects the gasifier by causing fluctuations in the pressure difference at the slag outlet as well as in the liquid level of the gasifier.
