Our factory uses a fixed-bed batch gas production method. During winter, due to the lower temperatures, it is difficult to reduce the water level in the sedimentation tank. Is there any good solution?
Is the water level in the sedimentation tank too high due to excessive sediment accumulation? Has the amount of wastewater to be treated increased? First, settlements should be removed promptly ； Second, add a sedimentation tank.
The steam decomposition rate also has an impact; originally, the water was evaporated through flue gas exhaust stacks, but now due to strict environmental regulations and rigorous monitoring of flue gas, evaporation is no longer possible, which makes it difficult to get through the winter
See if it’s possible to concentrate the water; organic wastewater won’t work, so a wastewater incineration boiler should be installed
