As the flow rate increases, the temperature inside the lock hopper rises

The lockhopper circulation pump connects the lockhopper to the cone bottom of the gasifier, thereby creating a water circulation between the cone bottom of the gasifier and the lockhopper. Since the lockhopper circulation pump has a high flow rate, it can accelerate the transfer of heat from the cone bottom of the gasification furnace to within the lockhopper; this principle should be easy to understand.
