Is there a better solution than simply venting the excess air in the air compressor?

The company’s desulfurization process requires a certain amount of air; operating two air compressors does not provide enough air – there is still a shortage. By adding another smaller air compressor, some excess air is generated, and until now this issue has been resolved by releasing that air through the air ducts. However, the sound produced by this release is unpleasant. Is there any good way to solve this problem at its source?
For issues related to the equipment setup, it is necessary to try reducing the load in the same way as with other compressors. When the amount used by the gas-consuming unit remains constant, there’s nothing much that can be done. Oh, try installing a motor frequency conversion device.
These days, air compressors generally come with pressure-controlled automatic unloading. Doesn’t yours have automatic unloading?
Reduce the load on the air compressor a bit, or adjust the motor speed. But be careful of surge.
Simply add a timed start/stop switch to the small air compressor, or use an inverter.
