When the coke oven switches between normal and half-speed operation, why do the particle levels in the exhaust stack of the coke oven exceed the allowed limits after desulfurization and denitrification? This issue needs to be resolved urgently! The desulfurization and denitrification process involves dry desulfurization first, followed by bag dust removal, denitrification, and then exhaust emission through a chimney
It is a design flaw: during switching, all exhaust gas valves are connected to the flue, allowing all gases in the coke oven, including dust, to enter the flue. By measuring the CO content in the exhaust gas during the switching process, this issue can be identified
Regarding the high value incurred during the recent replacement of one furnace, some cases still exist where this has not happened yet
Our furnaces over the past decade or so have been the same
