After the maintenance was completed, and following the sequential startup of the gasification units in June, the staff at the center worked together to address issues such as excessive vibration in the coal mills and high resistance in the water supply lines for high-pressure condensate in the scrubbers, successfully resolving these problems ； To address the issue of high moisture content in the raw coal supplied to the coal feeding unit during the rainy season due to low coal levels in the storage areas, measures such as removing the baffle at the inlet of the crusher to increase the flow area and regularly cleaning the inlet of the dryer were taken to ensure smooth coal supply. Entering September, as the supply of lignite increased, the staff at the company’s methanol facility made fine adjustments to cope with the rising proportion of lignite used in combustion, thereby enhancing the stability of the raw coal. For the first time, a \"tri-component\" coal mixture was utilized, which contributed positively to reducing the company’s production costs and improving its economic efficiency. The simultaneous A-grade operation of the two gasification units for over 100 days this time has not only provided valuable experience for the steady and efficient operation of the company’s entire production facility, but it has also boosted the confidence of all employees and management staff.
