As the title suggests, how long does it generally take, at the shortest, to go from pile driving to operation for a gas purification plant associated with a 3-million-ton coking facility? Those with experience, please share their insights
This question is still a bit vague. As you said, once pile driving starts and everything goes smoothly at each stage, it should take about a year.
