The team members involved in the project’s lifting operations are young, knowledgeable, and eager to innovate; they optimized the technical solutions based on the actual conditions of the project. It took only 3 days from the arrival of the equipment at the site to when the conditions were ready for lifting. For the first time, a lifting technique involving the simultaneous handling of the gasifier and the slag crusher was used. The lifting process was safe and smooth, which helped save labor and resources, and it also allowed valuable new experience to be gained, earning praise from peers in the industry. The slurry gasification furnace was independently developed by SNOWTECH; it is capable of processing 1,500 tons of coal per day and has a weight of 244.5 tons. Its advantage lies in the ability to carry out coupled gasification of coal powder and coal slurry within a single reactor, which enhances the adaptability of the technology to different types of coal and improves gasification efficiency. This process represents an innovation in new coal gasification technologies, offering a new production method for the clean and efficient utilization of coal, and it boasts extremely broad market prospects. Through the concerted efforts of the project team, the Inner Mongolia branch has managed to establish a foothold in Dalaat Banner’s new energy sector, enabling it to \"enter, stay, thrive, sustain itself, and expand,\" thus securing a space for survival. In 2006, a partnership was established with CNPC for the first time; the first phase of the gasification unit has been operating safely for around 10 years now, offering reliable quality and safety ； The two water-coal slurry gasifiers in Phase 2 were successfully ignited for the first time, enabling continuous and safe operation, achieving full production capacity and efficiency, and thus becoming a benchmark in the industry.
