The unit I was involved in is the first of its kind in the country; it functions similarly to a vacuum distillation unit! ! The coal tar transported to the tank area reacts with a certain chemical agent in this facility, thereby removing metals such as aluminum, iron, and magnesium from the coal tar. Water is then removed through vacuum drying, and the coal tar is passed through a filter press to remove the solid residues resulting from the reaction with the chemical agent. The utilization rate of coal tar can reach around 97%. However, the residues produced by the reaction often clog the pumps, and they also accumulate inside the containers. Try using a diaphragm pump and shorten the inlet pipeline. Send it back to the inlet and keep flushing.
Add a stirrer inside the container to prevent sludge from settling, and install filters at the pump inlet (several extra ones); if they get clogged, switch to another filter and have it automatically flushed to ensure smooth operation
