The difficulty depends on the situation on site; generally, a high-pressure water gun is used to clean the area around the gate valve, and it’s necessary to turn it back and forth bit by bit – force should not be used. As long as it moves, it’s fast. It took me 5 hours to get it moving when I was working on it; all the salt deposits and rust had stuck it together.
