How to improve the effective gas components in the Texaco gasifier output? I thought there are the following methods: 1. Change the design of the burner to improve the atomization effect ; 2. Increase the concentration of water-coal slurry; this requires a dedicated discussion ; 3. Adjust the ratio of central oxygen ; 3. Adjust the furnace temperature to ensure operation at a low temperature while allowing liquid slag discharge. Gurus, do you think there are any other methods?

Operating at a low furnace temperature does not necessarily improve the composition of the useful gases; an appropriate temperature for the coal is required. One more thing: the length of the burner should be appropriate.
