The issue of producing gas using carbon dioxide vaporizers

Raw material composition = coal/coal + coke ； 3. Reaction equation: (coal/coal + coke) + oxygen is an exothermic reaction ； And (coal/coal + coke) + H2O (gasifying agent) = CO + H2, as well as (coal/coal + coke) + CO2 (gasifying agent) = CO are both endothermic reactions; the former provides the reaction heat for the latter ； 4. The oxygen content in the composition of raw gas is less than 0.1%, meaning it is oxygen-free; therefore, oxygen (an oxidizing agent) is the source that provides the reaction heat. In other words, the oxygen in the gasifying agent undergoes complete combustion with coal/coal + coke ； 5. Temperature of the vaporizing agent – steam dew point temperature > 20°C (to prevent condensation of superheated steam in the vaporizing agent) ； In summary, ① the temperature of the gasifying agent must meet the requirements of 5 ； ②The oxygen content in the gasifying agent must meet the requirements of 3 ； Therefore, the amount of carbon dioxide in the gasification agent is limited; moreover, the reactivity of coke is lower than that of coal, so it can only replace a small amount of steam. In practical operations, the main factor affecting things is the amount of carbon dioxide, which in turn influences the temperature of the gasification agent. Fluctuations in temperature affect the operation of the gasification furnace, its load, its stable performance, as well as the composition of the gases emitted ；
