As the title suggests, after replacing the burner in our GE gasification furnace and putting it into operation, the liquid level in the furnace remains around 90% and does not drop. The syngas outlet temperature, the temperature of the support brick plates, the amount of water used for rapid cooling, and the amount of soot discharged are all within normal ranges.
