Dear colleagues: We are currently using a process in which flue gas generated from coke ovens is used for sulfur dioxide removal to produce sulfuric acid. The specific parameters are that the temperature before sulfur dioxide removal is around 170 degrees, and the sulfur dioxide concentration is below 500. Sulfur dioxide is converted into sulfur trioxide through a fixed-bed catalyst layer, and the resulting sulfuric acid is produced by regular washing with water. This process is working well at present; what type of catalyst is being used? Are there any contact details or the manufacturer? Thank you! Also, are there any cases where coke oven flue gas desulfurization has been performed well and with stable operation?
Hello, I represent the Fluorinated Seal Valve Group. If you are in need of anti-corrosion valves and pipes lined with fluorine/ceramic materials, feel free to contact me. Our company has been engaged in design, research, and development for over 30 years; it is a high-tech enterprise specialized in such anti-corrosion valves and pipes. We are a supplier approved by CNPC and Sinopec, and we are also one of the participants in formulating standards for fluorinated seal valves
You can get in touch with Henan Jinma Group; it uses a desulfurization process to produce sulfuric acid (Olister Olister Ltd.), and it is said that this process works well, with carbon-based catalysts being used
We are currently working on the project managed by Olist; after several maintenance and renovation efforts, it has still not been possible to achieve stable compliance with the required standards. The system can meet the emission requirements during actual operation, but there are short periods each day when levels of sulfur dioxide and particulate matter exceed the limits, though not by much. The sulfur dioxide levels usually range from 30 to 40, while particulate matter levels are around 20. However, it is not possible to maintain steady operation such that sulfur dioxide levels stay below 30 and particulate matter levels stay below 15. We would appreciate it if you could analyze the situation and help find a solution.
