I would like to ask the experts: In pulverized coal gasification, what does it mean to simulate a low level in the pulverized coal hopper? How is this simulation achieved? What is the difference between this simulated low level and the actual level measured by the level sensor? In the sequential control program, how should one decide between using the simulated low level or the level indicated by the sensor? Thank you
If the level of coal powder in the tank is too low, it can easily cause gas from the gasification furnace to flow back into the tank, leading to safety accidents. An additional level gauge means greater safety assurance.
