Green smoke coming from the coke oven chimney

The coke oven chimney is emitting blue smoke; it seems that the issue lies with the suction force at the top of the stack. The current value of this suction force is 40.70. I’m not sure if this is a problem, and whether it’s caused by poor exhaust gas circulation. Please advise me, experts
