Sticking problem of the emergency shut-off valve for water gas produced from gasified coke

Dear workers! The boy’s workplace uses gasified coke along with oxygen and steam to produce water gas (with a high amount of coal dust and very little tar). At present, the SIS shut-off valve at the outlet of the main gas pipeline suffers from fouling of the sealing surface due to prolonged exposure to water-gas flow, as well as jamming of the valve’s spindle, which results in frequent failure to close properly. Each time it needs maintenance, the valve must be disassembled and sent back to the factory for cleaning and component replacement. I would like to ask my fellow workers for advice: what type of cut-off valve is suitable for this situation? If there are any good valve manufacturers you can recommend as well, that would be great. I’m a beginner with limited funds, so I appreciate it if everyone can share their insights. Thank you very much!
As a supplementary note: the temperature of the gas exiting the system is 450–650°C; there is a significant amount of coal dust, while tar is present in small quantities. Currently, Dalian Henry’s pneumatic shut-off valves are installed, and they require maintenance every six months.
