For the synthetic ammonia feedstock route and energy-saving and emission-reduction technology upgrade project of Jinju Company, the gasification technology utilizes the water-cooled wall waste boiler gasifier (Jinhua Furnace 3.0) technology developed by Beijing Qingchuang Jinhua Technology Co., Ltd. It is a major project for the integrated and high-quality development of Juhua in Quzhou, as well as a significant step taken by Juhua to phase out outdated production capacities and promote high-quality industrial development. It represents the largest single investment project that Juhua has made in its base in Quzhou. With the progress of time, changes in resource conditions, and ongoing advancements in industrial technology, ammonia synthesis plants are faced with the need to be updated and transformed. To this end, the group has decided to carry out technological upgrades to the raw material supply route and energy-saving and emission-reduction measures for the ammonia synthesis plant. The renovation project utilizes the most advanced gasification technology available in China, and is at the leading level in the country when it comes to waste heat utilization. It enables zero discharge of wastewater, as well as comprehensive recycling of waste gases and solids, thereby reducing energy and material consumption. At the same time, it enhances the inherent safety and environmental protection features of the facility, as well as its production automation and intelligence levels, further boosting the overall competitiveness of Juhua’s industrial chain. Furthermore, the project will make full use of Juhua’s existing advantages by integrating closely with the industrial chains of companies within the group as well as those in Quzhou Smart Manufacturing New City. On one hand, it will supply important basic chemical raw materials such as liquid ammonia, ammonia water, methanol, and gases to Juhua, enterprises in Quzhou, and those in Zhejiang Province; on the other hand, it will meet the needs for the treatment of high-concentration wastewater generated by Juhua and the enterprises in the park.
