I would like to ask: what type of process patent does this Jinzhong Furnace belong to?

It is said that the Kim Jung-roo is a modified version of the space furnace; as I haven’t had any contact with it, I’m not exactly aware of the specific details of the improvements made.
It belongs to the fluidized bed dry-pressure gasification technology; similar gasification technologies include: Shell furnace, GSP furnace, Collin furnace, two-stage furnace (TPRI), HT-L furnace, Dongfang furnace, Huali furnace, Wuhuan furnace, Ningmei furnace, Liuhua-Qiyao furnace, Shenggu furnace, etc.
The Golden Heavy Furnace belongs to the dry coal powder pressurized gasification technology; it’s not clear whether it has been operated successfully
It probably isn’t yet. The first project to utilize Jinzhong’s gasifiers was the 600,000-ton methanol production facility for the MTA project (Phase I) of Shandong Jinmei Mingshui Chemical Group, which was contracted at the beginning of 2016. Three Jinzhong dry powder gasifiers with a coal feeding capacity of 1,200 t/h were used for this project, marking the first industrial application of Jinzhong’s gasifiers.

Thanks for the correction from above. The project was originally scheduled to be completed by the end of 2016, but as of now, it is still under installation.
Hehe, I need to make another correction: it was completed at the beginning of 2017. It’s likely now in the stage of joint commissioning or preparation for feeding raw materials
I just heard recently that Dalian Jinzhong used to manufacture many dry coal powder gasification furnaces; it’s possible that innovations were achieved by building on a wealth of experience accumulated over time
