Leakage issue of the packing in the high-pressure nitrogen purge manual valve of the four-nozzle coal gasification slurry oxygen pipeline

Dear experts, I would like to ask whether the packing of the high-pressure nitrogen purge hand valves used for coal slurry oxygen systems often leaks. Our company uses products from Chengde High Pressure, and the packing type used is graphite. Regular opening and closing of these valves causes the packing to leak, and the valve stems suffer severe wear to the point where they can no longer be operated. I’m asking everyone: is there significant leakage from the packing of the high-pressure nitrogen hand valves in your area? If it’s not very large, could you please provide information on the valve manufacturers used, as well as the type of packing? Also, is it possible to replace graphite with another material for the packing in order to reduce leaks?
The valves in Chengde seem to be a bit problematic. . . . . .
We use Supor valves, and we have never encountered such problems
