Two of the coke ovens are ready for the installation of ceiling bricks, while the other one is ready for the construction of access ramps. What tasks need to be carried out during the initial phase of project resumption? Please give some guidance, thank you! !

Isn’t the construction of coke oven bodies carried out by specialized manufacturers? They can be asked to submit a construction plan first, which will then be reviewed by the supervisor and the Party A’s technical personnel; once approved, it can be put into execution.

The manufacturer can first bring a preliminary construction plan to the site for explanation; based on any shortcomings and the concerns of the client, the manufacturer should improve the plan before submitting it. Only after approval can the construction team begin work.

Check whether the greenhouse is leaking, and if any refractory materials have been exposed to rain. Pay attention to ensuring that the brick types used in the sloped sections are correct; also check the verticality of the walls of the carbonization chamber, as well as whether there are any cracks in the bricks at the top. The mortar layer on the topmost layer of bricks should be removed, and before laying the bricks, clean them with a damp broom to ensure good adhesion between the mortar and the bricks.
