The coke oven is 5.5 meters in length; the width of the carbonization chamber on the machine side is 510 mm, while it is 490 mm on the coke side. The cycle time is 23 hours and 20 minutes, with a standard temperature of 1350°C. A dry desulfurization and denitrification system is used. Heating from above is not very effective, and an open flame appears after coke pushing
Check the heating schedule and the air excess factor.
