The ammonia nitrogen/phenol/COD levels in coal tar processing wastewater are very high, making direct biochemical treatment quite difficult； Currently, some enterprises use a solvent dephenolization--ammonia evaporation--biochemical treatment process; this approach has a long process flow and high costs. Are there any other processing methods needed?
The characteristics of coal coking wastewater treatment are long processes, high costs, and significant time consumption. If there were a treatment method that involved shorter processes, lower costs, and faster processing times, then the aforementioned characteristics would no longer apply to coal coking wastewater treatment. Companies can entrust this water treatment to professional water treatment agencies, which can address the issues of long processing times and high costs associated with current water treatment methods; however, the cost will be slightly higher. Considering all factors, this might be the best solution for companies.
