Construction Content: The project mainly involves the comprehensive utilization of coal-based new materials as well as the construction of related supporting facilities. The total land area is approximately 4,072 mu, with a total construction area of around 2,684,371 square meters. The project is constructed in two phases; the first phase involves building a set of 2×88-chamber 6.78m ramming coke ovens (stacked coking), with an annual coke production of around 3 million tons ; Construct an LNG plant with an annual capacity of 339,000 tons, along with a plant for producing 185,000 tons of liquid ammonia as a by-product ; Construct a 4 million tons per year heavy medium coal washing plant, along with supporting production facilities such as a coal washing workshop, a coal preparation workshop, a coking workshop, a coke screening workshop, a gas purification workshop, an LNG production workshop, an ammonia synthesis workshop, a low-grade coal gasification workshop, a dry quenching system for coke, and power generation facilities, as well as the corresponding environmental protection and utility support systems. Phase 2 mainly involves the construction of one set of 2×88-chamber 6.78m ramming coke ovens (stacked coking), with an annual coke production of around 3 million tons ; Construct a 236,000-ton/year LNG plant, a 150,000-ton/year Fischer-Tropsch wax synthesis plant, a 4 million tons/year heavy medium coal washing plant, and a 300,000-ton/year deep processing plant for tar; simultaneously build supporting production facilities such as coal washing workshops, coal preparation workshops, coking workshops, coke screening workshops, gas purification workshops, LNG production workshops, wax synthesis workshops, low-grade coal gasification workshops, deep tar processing workshops, dry quenching systems, and power generation units, along with corresponding environmental protection and utility support facilities.
