I would like to ask the experts: is the comprehensive energy consumption index per ton of coke calculated based on the calorific value of coal on an as-received basis, on an air-dried basis, or on a dry basis?
It is generally calculated using the lower calorific value. -
Is it calculated based on the wet coal consumption and the lower heating value on a received basis?； Should it still be calculated based on coal consumption and the lower calorific value on a dried basis?
It is generally calculated based on the dry coal consumption and the lower calorific value on a dry basis. -
