Why are the temperature fluctuations in the burner cooling water large?
Is there any fluctuation in the return flow rate? What is the CO level in the separation tank? Is it possible that there is a slight leak in the burner?
Check the inlet water temperature. Check the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger. Check whether the flow rate is too low. Check the online CO analysis
It’s the fluctuation in the return flow rate; there is no leakage in the burner. In the multi-nozzle gasification furnace, all other burner parameters are normal; it’s just that the return water flow rate of one of the burners fluctuates greatly
If the inlet flow rate remains stable while only the outlet flow rate fluctuates, then by observing carefully, it’s possible that minor cracks on the burner are causing this issue
